Project Manager / Requirements Manager (m/f/x)

Your area of responsibility with us: 

  • As part of our team, you develop innovative solutions for projects in exciting industries
  • You take on a central role in customer projects, from requirements analysis and prioritization, to project-accompanying customer communication, documentation of requirements and quality assurance
  • You are the linchpin of your projects for content-related and organizational questions between customers and the project team

In detail your tasks include:

  • Coordination and analysis of requirements and goals for various software projects with our (new) customers
  • Organization, conception and implementation of targeted requirements and innovation workshops
  • Modeling and describing technological requirements and business processes of our customers as well as translating customer requirements into offers and implementation packages
  • Creation of user stories and documentation as well as description of acceptance criteria in close cooperation with conceptual designers and developers
  • Interface communication between customer and project staff in the area of concept, UI design, development and testing in customer projects
  • Quality management and organization of testing of the software
  • Maintaining open and trusting customer contact

What you bring with you: 

  • Successfully completed university studies (information and communication technology, business administration, computer science, business informatics, technology or comparable studies)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in software projects
  • Customer service oriented and the ability to effectively act as a liaison between Minnt and its clients
  • High sense of responsibility and quality and excellent self-organization with experience in multitasking
  • Quick learning ability and technical understanding
  • The ability to drive tasks to completion and a proactive and intrinsically motivated mindset
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are passionate about working in a team, are curious and maintain open and honest communication

    Web Developer Angular (m/f/d)

    What you bring with you: 

    • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (or similar) or a completed IT degree with a relevant focus
    • You have very good knowledge of web frontend technologies, especially in Angular > 7 and Typescript, including corresponding HTML5 & CSS3 & Javascript skills.
    • Experience with component-based work, web frontend build processes, ideally also with server-side rendering

      Software Manager (m/f/d)

      Your area of responsibility with us:

      • As part of our team, you provide the technical infrastructure for our projects and our own products.
      • You support the technical lead in the entire project process
      • You are the lynchpin for the development team and the customer in technical questions

      In detail your tasks include:

      • Installation / configuration of Linux-based servers
      • Creation of Bash scripts for the automation of processes
      • Support for team colleagues in the event of technical faults in the CI/CD process
      • 1st level support for incoming bug tickets and escalation to development team if necessary
      • Analysis of server logs / database contents in the context of occurring bugs / performance optimisation
      • Independent research to improve internal / external processes
      • Documentation of technical processes

      That's what you bring:

      • Successfully completed university studies (information and communication technology, business administration, computer science, business informatics, technology or comparable studies)
      • Ideally at least 3-5 years of experience in software projects or in several of the following areas:
        - Linux Server (Ubuntu / Debian, etc.)
        - Bash Shell / Scripting
        - Git Basic Experience
        - Docker / Docker-compose / Kubernetes Basis
        - Nginx
        - Postgres / MySQL / MongoDB
        - SQL Basis
      • Openness to integration of technologies such as Java, Node, Angular
      • Openness and skills for communication with the customer in support cases
      • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
